Kirsty Richardson

Kirsty is a talented jeweller who started her jewellery journey in 2010.

A former infant school teacher, she took a change of direction into silversmithing when her children were young and has never looked back.

Kirsty rapidly built up her own jewellery business since then, from her beautiful garden studio.

Inspired by nature, Kirsty has a passion for designing and creating  beautiful items. She has a particular interest in combining silversmithing, casting, granulation and rub-over settings.

Rachael Plassard

Rachael has been making jewellery from a young age, learning from her mother and grandmother, both contemporary jewellers. She went on to discover the jewellery trade, undertaking various jobs in Hatton Garden whilst studying short courses.

In 2022, Rachael pursued an MA in Jewellery at the University for the Creative Arts in Farnham.

Rachael’s work is inspired by ornamental designs found throughout the decorative arts, with a particular love for the acanthus motif. Beneath the surface of her pieces, she weaves personal narratives, allowing these stories to influence her decorative approach.

Gwen Roff

Gwen graduated from Edinburgh College of Art with a degree in Jewellery and Silversmithing in 2009.

After working for herself as a jeweller, she taught jewellery at an adult education class in Winchester which is where she discovered her love of teaching.

Now a secondary school art teacher by day, Gwen is passionate about providing a positive and encouraging space to be creative to all her students, whether at school or at Meon Valley studio.

Within her own work, Gwen loves to be experimental and has a particular interest in surface textures in metal, textiles and drawing.
